Jill joined JUFJ in 2019 as the Director of Development, bringing with her 15+ years in nonprofit management and financial resource development. She received her Masters in Social Work at the University of Washington. After years of direct service with pregnant women and their families, Jill turned her attention to ensuring that organizations on the front lines of change are not only solvent, but thriving.
Before joining the JUFJ staff, Jill was a valuable JUFJ partner as Avodah’s DC Community Director and National Director of Individual Giving. She brings a proven track record of significant revenue generation, expert donor relations, strategic planning and the capacity to improve and stabilize operations and organizational processes.
Jill lives in Rockville with her son Leo. Her daughter Anna is currently enrolled at the University of Pittsburgh. Jill sits on the board of Habonim Dror Camp Moshava where her son Leo is a camper.
