JILL RABBINOSENIOR DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Jill joined JUFJ in 2019 as the Director of Development, bringing with her 15+ years in nonprofit management and financial resource development. She received her Masters in Social Work at the University of Washington. After years of direct service with pregnant women and their families, Jill turned her attention to ensuring that organizations on the front lines of change are not only solvent, but thriving.

Before joining the JUFJ staff, Jill was a valuable JUFJ partner as Avodah’s DC Community Director and National Director of Individual Giving. She brings a proven track record of significant revenue generation, expert donor relations, strategic planning and the capacity to improve and stabilize operations and organizational processes.

Jill is a volunteer at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, and appears at local Makers Markets as a vendor. She lives in Rockville. She is so proud of her son, a student at McGill University, and her daughter, a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
