Joshua Mintz is President of CHP Mintz, LLC, a management consulting firm focused on the leadership, management, and governance needs of the nonprofit sector. Since joining the firm in 1992, Josh has focused his work on primarily on healthcare, education and social justice organizations.

Josh is a past board chair of College Bound, a past member of the Selection Committee for the Washington Post Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Management, and currently serves as Adjunct Faculty for the Georgetown University Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership. He received his BA from Georgetown University where he studied government and theology, and his MS in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Josh, his wife, Nicole, and their three sons live in Washington, D.C. and are members of Temple Sinai.
