Margo joined JUFJ in August of 2020 as a program assistant in Montgomery County, then in DC, before taking on her current role. As Executive Assistant, she makes sure JUFJ staff have the administrative support they need and helps them take breaks by planning fun activities.
Prior to working at JUFJ, Margo graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, where she majored in American Studies with a focus on social justice. While in school, Margo spent a semester in Morocco and wrote material for a local human rights organization. She was also the vice president of her Sustained Dialogue chapter, a campus organization that promotes grassroots change through meaningful community dialogues.
A Silver Spring native, Margo now calls Greenbelt home. In her free time, she likes to make art in various mediums, cook, and pet the neighborhood cats.
